- 요약 :It has been analyzed and suggested that 4.7% of average annual improvement on the energy-saving and the mitigation of greenhouse gas can be made by Govern support to the cost of diagnosis. Although, there are medium and small-sized buildings that cannot get the Govern support, the efficient response to climate change can be expected if the building owners voluntarily promote energy-diagnosis and seek the energy-saving and the mitigation of greenhouse gas. The purpose of this study is allowing the unspecified building owners to do energy-diagnosis easily regardless of the size by the standard building electricity-diagnosis technique. It is expected not only the rationalization of consumer electricity usage but also an active effect on the national climate change policy by performing the electric energy-saving through technique application that has been suggested as a result of this study,
