- 요약 :The purpose of this study was to develop a customized curriculum for college students. This study designed the flipped learning program for personal learning and team learning to improve the learning ability of college students. The subjects were 79 students from the medical information department at one college in Y city, Gyeonggi-do. The study period lasted 13 weeks from March 4, 2019 to June 7, 2019. The first seven weeks of flipped learning personal study were conducted, and then, six weeks before, the flipped learning team learning process was applied. As a result, there was no significant difference between the two learning methods, but flipped learning had a positive effect on learning.
