■520    ▼aABSTRACT  :  IT  technology  is  the  most  critical  factor  for  industry  to  grow  as  its  coverage  is  greatly  expanded  across  the  industry  as  well  as  the  S/W  industry.  As  a  result,  the  demand  for  IT  professionals  in  various  industries  has  skyrocketed,  but  due  to  the  poor  quality  of  IT  staff  emitted  by  educational  institutions,  they  have  not  been  able  to  provide  the  necessary  expertise  for  the  industry.  In  addition,  due  to  the  poor  environment  of  small  and  medium  enterprises,  it  is  not  possible  for  businesses  to  train  their  own  IT  staff.  To  this  end,  the  company  is  expanding  mobile-based  smart  learning  by  utilizing
IT  and  infrastructure  that  is  rapidly  developing,  enabling  education  in  diverse  environments  that  are  free  of  limitations  in  time  and  space,  and  developing  education  in  a  customized  form  centered  on  learners.  Smart  learning  using  the  cloud  can  therefore  be  an  alternative  to  fostering  the  IT  professionals  needed  in  a  variety  of  industries.
