초록/해제: 요약 :The size of e-commerce is growing continuously due to the explosive growth of Internet use in Korea. For the planning, production and operation of these e-commerce sites it is required to derive an appropriate range of duties in respect of the qualifications system. Qualifications include a typical e-commerce manager, e-commerce operator and shopping mall planner. E-commerce operator is the qualification for the operation of shopping malls, and should include duties necessary to maintain shopping malls. Therefore, this paper defines the duties of the e-commerce operator and verifies its scope by surveys. As a result, new range of written and practical tests and acceptable criteria of e-commerce oprator are presented.
