병원의 성과급 도입에 관한 연구 = A STUDY on APPLICATION of INCENTIVE

초록/해제: 요약 :Hospitals have been faced with financial difficulties under turbulent health care environment. This situation led hospitals to concentrate their efforts to improve their managerial efficiency in various ways. It's necessary for our hospitals to adopt the incentive pay system in order to motivate hospital employee to provide qualified medical service and enhance medical service productivity by cost management and medical technology development. The purpose of this study is to suggest a basic model of the incentive pay system for hospitals. For this purpose, this paper reviews and uses the findings of previous literature of incentive systems for hospitals and also those some case studies. For successfully adopting the incentive pay system for hospitals, the improvement of hospital management can be made, especially ① adoption of performance management ② the design of rational appraisal system ③ rational goal setting ④ design of rational reward and promotion system ⑤ establishment of procedural justice ⑥ employee' voluntary consent and participation ⑦ building of positive working atmosphere
