■520    ▼aIn  the  industrial  motor  drive  system,  a  shaft  torsional  vibration  is  often  generated  when  a  motor  and  a  load  are  connected  with  a  flexible  shaft.  In  this  paper,  new  H∞  control  using  compensation  of  shaft  torque  with  variable  gain  is  proposed.  According  to  simulation  results,  the  proposed  H∞  control  is  excellent  in  disturbance  rejection  compared  with  the  conventional  H∞  control  and  is  robust  compared  with  the  H∞  control  with  constant  shaft  torque  compensation.
