■520    ▼aThere  are  about  3  million  corporation  in  Korea  and  about  99%  of  them  are  small  business.  Therefore,  the  Korean  economy  is  greatly  influenced  by  small  business.  So  a  great  deal  of    actions  are  being  taken  to  support  them.  In  this  regard,  the  educational-industrial  cooperation  is  very  important,  but  not  sufficient,  especially  in  legal  matters.  Many  small  business  need  legal  aided  system.  The  objective  of  this  study  is  to  construct  legal  aided  system  for  small  business.  This  system  mainly  provides  legal  advice  and  education  through  on-line  or  off-line  for  them.
