■520    ▼aNew  computer  hardware  and  fast  network  devices  are  now  under  the  development  according  to  rapid  IT  technology's  growth.  And,  software  technology  is  also  developing  every  year.  The  Computers,  network  devices  and  software  package  of  many  colleges  are  not  useful  because  they  are  too  old  and  almost  obsolete.  In  conformity  to  guide  of  the  ministry  of  education,  science,  and  technology,  the  colleges  have  to  open  their  information.  So,  We  need  to  reconstruct  the  computer  system  of  our  college.  This  paper  includes  the  investigation  of  the  existing  computer  system  and  the  consideration  of  new  computer  hardware  and  software  package.  We  propose  new  reconstruction  methodology  about  the  new  computer  system.
